@nik unser I have sent you an email as per your request at our support page. It appears your unit is stuck in some sort of firmware boot loop. The way we normally resolve this is as follows: 1. Uninstall existing app. 2. Go to https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0086/4564/0247/files/Curien2.1.9_2021-10-29-debug.apk?v=1637768532 on your phone or tablet. 3. Open and install 4. Install and accept all prompts 5. Connect Once this works we need to flash the firmware to a newer version: 7. Delete Curien app 8. Go here and download: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0086/4564/0247/files/lenovo_and_samsung_Curien_New2.2.2_2022-12-14-debug.apk?v=1671668365 (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0086/4564/0247/files/lenovo_and_samsung_Curien_New2.2.2_2022-12-14-debug.apk?v=1671668365) 9. Install and connect 10. Attempt to connect and reboot unit until firmware loading is forced. (watch this video ) 11. This should resolve final issue. 12.
